Shipping Policy

Backdraft Suppressors ships products only in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Suppressors will only be shipped to jurisdictions where lawful and only to licensed dealers holding the appropriate Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) status.

Orders will not be fulfilled or shipped to any state, county, or municipality where suppressors are prohibited. The purchaser bears full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

All shipments are subject to the transfer and approval process mandated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be extended due to ATF processing times, dealer requirements, or other regulatory delays.

Returns Policy

Due to the regulated nature of suppressors under the National Firearms Act (NFA), all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and submitted for transfer, it may not be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Backdraft Suppressors will only accept responsibility in cases where an incorrect product is shipped or where a product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. In such instances, Backdraft Suppressors will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item.

Lifetime Guarantee

Backdraft Suppressors warrants all suppressors against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a suppressor is found to be defective under normal use, Backdraft Suppressors will repair or replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or the use of non-standard or reloaded ammunition. Backdraft Suppressors reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product is covered under this guarantee.
